Zaza Cuban Comfort Food, a local Orlando brand founded by longtime friends Ruben Perez and Bob Coyne, was built on a deep friendship and a shared love for Cuban culture. As their brand expanded, they needed a reliable partner who could handle every aspect of their projects—from full Interior Design services to assist in refreshing the brand, to providing complete architecture, engineering, permitting, and construction management services, allowing them to focus on growing their business. Zaza was looking to bring a fresh new modernized look to their established local brand as they prepared for brand expansion and needed to update their existing locations. Our lead architect designed Zaza’s restaurant prototype, ensuring a modern Cuban aesthetic without the typical clichés. From challenging airport locations to custom finishes, we handled every detail ensuring each space was a fresh, vibrant reflection of their brand. While working closely with Zaza, we tailored our services to meet their needs and ensure their satisfaction, including real-time drafting of various floor plan layout options during the initial planning stages to better visualize their new restaurant spaces.
