A budding local restaurant company in the Orlando area went to an Architecture and Engineering firm in 2021 with a need for support as expansion was on the horizon and their development was ramping up. They needed a firm that understood restaurants and could manage projects locally, regionally, and nationally. More importantly, they needed a firm that could work with various franchise partners on a wide range of project scopes, from ground-up site adapts and conversions, to interior buildouts. This restaurant company is Huey Magoo’s, and the firm that stepped up to the task was Interplan.
We have carved a niche in the industry by developing a streamlined approach to franchise development by guiding the franchisees through the often unfamiliar design and permitting process with a full suite of in-house architecture and engineering support they can lean on. From our initial meeting with Huey Magoo’s executive team, we were able to showcase our wide range of restaurant and franchisor experience – paving the way to our trusted partnership in working together over the past 3 years.
