When Don Julio set out to elevate their dining experience, they needed more than just a refresh—they needed room to grow. Rather than relocate, they decided to expand their Lake Underhill location into an adjacent unit. For such a comprehensive transformation, extensive work was required. This included demolition, architectural design, MEP engineering, and the seamless integration of two distinct spaces into one cohesive space.

Following the success of this project, Don Julio entrusted us with their new Lake Nona location. Here, we incorporated key branding elements while adapting the design to fit a 5,132 sq. ft. space. To eliminate any uncertainties, our innovative VR renderings allowed their construction team to fine-tune details before breaking ground ensuring everything looked right and captured the vision the Owner had.
