Our collaboration with Firebirds Wood Fired Grill began over a decade ago with our inaugural project in Greenville, NC. With a unique focus on wood fire grilling for a polished yet laid-back dining atmosphere, Firebirds sought a team of experienced architects and engineers who could understand their brand and become a trusted partner in their journey of expansion across the US. As a result, Interplan has been honored to have supported Firebirds Wood Fired Grill with comprehensive in-house services, encompassing Architecture, Engineering, Permitting, Interior Design, and Prototype Development services.
Initially concentrating on the southeastern region of the US, with a significant focus on Florida, our growth journey with Firebirds eventually led into other parts of the country, where we have completed over 45 projects nationwide. With a steady project workflow of per year, our collaborative team of in-house architects and engineers have successfully navigated various design challenges and managed the intricacies of their unique dining concept, including specialized HVAC designs to accommodate the continuous operation of wood fire grills. Our team ensured that each location was on brand and on schedule by offering a full in-house suite of services, including Architecture, MEP Engineering, Interior Design, and Permitting services.
