From Remodels to De Novo Expansion, A Dedicated Design Team Matters.
What began as a small Florida remodel program with AmSouth Bank in the late 90’s, evolved into a budding development program to open 30 new standalone branches per a year. AmSouth soon merged with Regions Bank and their development program expanded where we were their dedicated team of Architects, MEP Engineers, Civil Engineers, and Permitting staff helping to execute over 400 locations in a 20-year time frame. This program was the pinnacle of what Interplan’s service offering are built around, where we truly were able to support Regions Bank with every service that we offer and also provide the creativity, clarity, and consistency that we strive for as a full-service architectural partner.
Adapting to ever-evolving program needs.
Regions had a need to execute multiple sites concurrently after acquiring AmSouth. The rapid development pace required the need to have a firm like Interplan, multi-disciplinary with all in-house services, to provide a single source support structure for their evolving project needs. We had the bandwidth to maintain a dedicated team, to adapt to their growth throughout Florida and other states within their 16-state footprint, and successfully meet their fast-paced development schedules.
