Born across the pond in England, but growing up in Florida and shedding his English accent, Stuart attended the University of Florida earning his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree in 1998. Wanting to make the most of the Gainesville experience, he stayed on a couple more years to earn a master’s degree in Structural Engineering. Stuart joined Interplan in 2004, rising to Director of the Civil Dept in 2011.
A devoted family man, Stuart enjoys time together at the movies, theme parks, beaches, and all that central Florida has to offer. A huge Gator fan (understatement of the year), Stuart enjoys playing golf and watching all kinds of sports. Always up for the challenge, Stuart believes, “The harder the course, the more rewarding the triumph.”
