Born and raised in Orlando, Nicoles journey took her to Chicago for high school before bringing her back to her roots to attend the University of Central Florida, earning her Bachelor’s degree and cementing her status as a Knight. Nicole’s journey with Interplan started in 2006 in the permitting department. Her adaptability and skill shined through, leading her to return to the company in 2015 after her graduation. She quickly moved through the ranks, becoming a project manager and then the head of the project management department. Her years of hands-on experience are the result of her unwavering dedication to quality, a keen eye for detail, and her innate ability to lead and inspire her team.
Outside of her role at Interplan, Nicole cherishes time spent with her family. Traveling the world, enjoying live music, and taking her two daughters on adventures to theme parks, zoos, and beaches is her idea time when she is not focused on work. Her journey, both personally and professionally, is a testament to her belief in the importance of balancing hard work and living life to the fullest.
