Reimagining a Legacy Brand for Expansion
When the beloved brand, Lime Fresh, transitioned to new ownership, they wanted a fresh start and a new look. With a new location in Lake Nona on the horizon where they were ready to sign a lease, it was the perfect opportunity to develop and implement a completely new design, not only for that space but also to set a new design standard for a franchise-wide rebrand. Lime Fresh looked to Interplan to spearhead this exciting reimage initiative. By collaborating with Lime Fresh’s branding consultant, we helped to develop an interior finish specification book, material boards, color renderings, and concept designs to bring their vision to life.
However, we did not stop there. We wanted Lime Fresh to fully visualize the changes Interplan would implement. Our team achieved this by creating a full Virtual Reality (VR) tour of their proposed tenant space. Lime Fresh loved this experience so much, they quickly made it a tool to inspire their existing and new franchisees.
With the new design established in the Lake Nona location, we were excited to implement this new design into a second location at Flamingo Crossings just outside Disney property. We had the privilege to work closely with Patrick Fore, Lime Fresh’s CEO, where we successfully navigated through specialized landlord requirements, a change out of general contractors mid-construction, and Disney’s jurisdictional requirements. We succeeded in creating the personalized, boutique experience Lime Fresh needed while navigating through the nuances of their next location.

Our deep understanding of permitting and Disney jurisdictional requirements helped Lime Fresh stay on track, saving both time and costs. When the general contractors changed out mid-project, we swiftly adapted with, ensuring a smooth handover and keeping the project on track for timely completion.
