Our team has become an extension of the Big Lots corporate team, helping them execute a development program nationally. Our seamless, single point of contact allows their team to find ease in doing their daily job of managing the projects and effectively meeting schedules.

It is because of our partnership that we were able to gain Big Lots trust in bringing our team onboard to do more than the first few projects we started. Initially we completed a few projects a year, but because of the integrated services, capacity, communication, and efficiencies they saw in our team, we were able to expand our ability to support them with providing our services for over 30 locations annually.

Our work with Big Lots includes more than 250 projects where we provide Architecture, MEP Engineering, and Permitting services. Over the course of this extensive experience, our team has been given unique exposure to practice with complexities specific to retail design, including store layout and department relationships, merchandising, and store planning.
