Greg NeblockPrincipal

Meet Greg

Greg did it all…and then he helped build Interplan! Starting in 1977 in the original red school house in Lemont, Illinois with our founders Ray Chocholek and Lou Narcisi, Greg has truly seen it all. Graduating the University of Illinois, Chicago, Greg started with Interplan as an intern working on the first ever McDonald’s playground (located in Oak Lawn, Illinois.) Inspired by a great start in the industry, Greg grew his own practice for years before taking a job with a national hotel company. As it would happen, the brand retained Interplan for an expansion project and, well, the rest is history! Greg returned to the Interplan family in 1987 to find a thriving culture of happy clients and good-humored staff, with a strong dose of stick-to-it-iveness.

All about those air miles, Greg and his wife love to travel. So far, he’s been to Italy, Ireland, Spain, South Africa, Mexico, Germany, Budapest, Austria, Holland, France, Belgium, Portugal, various regions of Canada, and to a few islands in the Caribbean. We don’t see him slowing down anytime soon…catch him if you can!
