“Give An Enthusiastic Approach” is the acronym to her name and for good reason. A Buckeye who built a life she loves across 6 states of residency (all while maintaining her die-hard fandom), Gaea jumped from retail to the architecture, engineering, and permitting field to advance her interests and career by joining Interplan in 2018. She brings community development and team building magic to everything she does. Her results caught the eye of Interplan’s leadership and led to her assuming the role of Human Resource Manager in 2021. While not an architect or engineer, Gaea considers herself a designer of the employee experience: building careers, lives and families…while her team handles designing our client projects that do the same.
A passionate community activist, Gaea spends time volunteering for the local schools and was even appointed to her hometown Planning Commission to help steward community development. She has been frequently quoted as saying, “Do as much good for as many as you can, as often as you can, for as long as you can,” and we see her living that ideal every day at Interplan.
