Meet David

The good-humored son of a WWII vet and a British war bride, David grew up in an Ohio steel town and attended Kent State University. Moving to Florida soon after graduation, David started working for a space coast A&E firm doing government, commercial, and residential projects. After some projects overseas, he was hired by a large US construction company to work on a $2B USD project to build King Saud University in Saudi Arabia. Upon the project’s completion, he returned to Florida for a job opportunity with Interplan. From his first day in 1985, David worked hard to give his best to whomever he worked with and in whatever role he had. It was this consistent dedication to excellence and strong technical skills that lead him to become Principal-In-Charge, a key role that anchors the professional practice for the company.

In his free time, David enjoys woodworking, hiking, travelling, gardening, and spending time with family at their off-the-grid cabin in the mountains of Virginia. If you need him while he’s there, you’ll have to strap on a pack and hunt him down in person.
